What is the standard delivery time within the UAE?
We offer same-day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 5 PM. For other emirates, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, delivery typically takes 24 to 48 hours.
Are all the products on your site authentic?
Yes, authenticity is our priority. We source all our hardware and e-liquids directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers to ensure you receive genuine products.
What is your return policy for vaping devices?
We offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects. Please note that for hygiene reasons, e-liquids, coils, and disposable vapes cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as all major credit and debit cards through our secure online payment gateway.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a SMS and email notification containing a tracking link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Do you offer international shipping outside of the UAE?
